Medicaid Finance Leadership Opportunities
We are partnering with a managed care organization seeking experienced finance leaders with deep Medicaid cost reporting expertise. These roles sit at the intersection of accounting, regulatory reporting, and data oversight, with clear ownership of Medicaid financial filings from end to end.
Scope of Responsibility
This leader owns Medicaid financial filings in full, including cost reports and regulatory submissions. Responsibilities include oversight of encounter reconciliation, general ledger and financial statement reconciliation, and auditing SQL logic to ensure data integrity and accuracy. A strong accounting foundation is essential, as this role requires fluency in both the financial and technical components of managed care reporting.
Key Requirements
• Direct ownership of Medicaid cost reporting filings
• Deep experience with encounter reconciliation
• General ledger and financial statement reconciliation
• GAAP and or STAT knowledge
• Four plus years of people leadership experience
• Strong SQL oversight, Databricks preferred
• Managed care experience required
