Autumn grew up in rural northwest Ohio before earning her BA in Sociology from the University of Cincinnati. She then moved to Columbus and spent several years as a successful Sales and Account Management Executive before making the transition to Executive Recruiter which she feels is a perfect career fit for what she enjoys doing most- listening, building relationships, and making an impact!

Autumn and her husband enjoy volunteering, traveling, live music, sporting events and spending time with family and friends.
