Jessica Gierhart attended Ohio University, where she earned her degree in Child and Family Studies. She has a combined 15 years working in the Healthcare space as a full desk recruiter. Jessica feels blessed to be able to play a key role in advocating for those without a voice as a volunteer for the National Human Trafficking Hotline. Jessica is very passionate about helping people secure their next career path and building relationships that allow people to secure the fit that allows them to pursue their passions and meet their needs.

I believe it is important to always listen before you talk. Really listen to what your kids are saying even in they aren’t speaking. Be patient and kind and allow them to discover what makes them truly happy. What feeds their soul is always the most important thing and BE KIND, always.
