Kelly Martin

Kelly is a seasoned recruiter bringing 29 years of experience to ESS. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications. She is a passionate Buckeye football fan.

Kelly started in recruiting right out of college, where she spent 14 years with a global recruiting firm. As her recruiting passion soared, she decided to open her own firm in 2006 (Search Point Unlimited, LLC). Kelly spent 16 years running her own business. Her focus was primarily on the local /Columbus Ohio market as a generalist.

In 2021 Kelly joined the team at ESS to focus on Healthcare and Managed Care recruiting. Her business philosophy is to work with the utmost Professionalism, Integrity and Honesty with her clients and candidates.

She believes in not only finding the best talent in the market, but also finding the right corporate culture fit for the client and candidate.

She is married and resides in Grove City Ohio with her husband Don and daughter Katelyn. She enjoys travel and cooking.
