Malini Swank attended The Ohio State University, where she earned her degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Logistics. She spent the next decade in service training roles, primarily leading and training teams for new restaurant openings across the globe and helped her husband build an ecommerce business from the ground up. Malini is fascinated by all the moving parts to running a small business and loves her role as Manager of Operations as it allows her to have a part in many aspects of the business. In her spare time, she loves to freelance for several local and regional publications about food, culture and travel!

With a diverse background in both marketing and logistics, Malini successfully handles both the back-end of the business, as well as the people-facing side. At work, she’s known for her optimism and ability to just “figure it out.” While traveling is still Malini’s favorite thing to do, she’s delighted to be back home in Columbus, Ohio. When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her going on adventures all over the world with her husband and daughter.
