Mike Dillon is an Executive Recruiter with over 8 years of recruiting experience as both an individual contributor and team leader. Prior to joining ESS, Mike primarily focused on placing accounting, finance, human resources, and operations candidates with some of the top companies in Columbus, OH and Baltimore, MD. Mike is committed to working with both clients and candidates to find the best solutions for their needs.
Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Mike moved to Columbus in 2016 with his wife and daughter. In his spare time, you can find him hiking through one of Columbus’ beautiful Metro Parks with his family, working on a DIY project around the house, or (most likely) on the golf course.

It depends on the mood I’m in. For a comedy, it is easily The Office. For a more serious show, it doesn’t get much better than The Wire.
I lived in Honolulu, Hawai’i for a summer in during College.
Bethany Beach, Delaware. My Grandfather has always had a house and now lives permanently at the beach. Anytime we visit my family, we try to get down to the Ocean for a day or two.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens. This might seem like an odd choice but I was never a Star Wars fan before this movie. I went to see this in theatres with my Dad and Brother purely because I was bored when they asked. I got hooked, went back the next day with my wife, and we have since watched every movie/show together.
