We want to wish all of you a very happy New Year! 2023 was an interesting year and we’ll share data highlights in our February newsletter, so stay tuned! As we look at upcoming trends in 2024, we believe companies will be hiring at a steady increasing rate over the year.
This is the time of year when companies and departments want to go after their 2024 goals. Ideally, the best people are already in the best roles to help achieve the goals for this year. Unfortunately, not every company or department has the right people in the right position to start the year. Only a week into the year and we see an uptick in hiring needs from employers.
