We’ve spoken on this before, and unfortunately scammers seem to be getting smarter. There’s been an uptick in recent months of people claiming to be recruiters or posing as recruiting firms. These individuals pretend to have open jobs, conduct fake interviews, only to “on-board” people and gain access to their bank account. We encourage you to remain aware and pay attention to people who may try to impersonate you or your company.

Approximately 60% of the jobs we are recruiting now require some in office time. We expect this percentage to continue to increase. Companies determine which departments require in the office full-time versus other options. Some of these decisions are being made by the leadership team without departmental input.
