Remote in EST/CST

· Maintain user roles, permissions, and security settings within the CRM, proactively identifying and resolving access or security issues.

· Create, update, and maintain CRM fields, workflows, automations, and dashboards to solve operational pain points and streamline processes.

· Document CRM processes and system updates, clearly outlining solutions to common user issues and edge cases.

· Analyze existing workflows and recommend/implement process efficiencies that reduce manual work, errors, and turnaround time.
