Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare payer contracting or managed care
- Demonstrated experience negotiating group and ASC contracts, cardiology-related payer contracts preferred
- Strong understanding of reimbursement methodologies, fee schedules, and value-based arrangements
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, financial, and operational teams
Preferred
- Experience with cardiovascular or cardiology-focused service lines
- Contracting experience in the Florida and Arizona markets
- Proficient in Excel for contract modeling
- Familiarity with Medicare Advantage and value-based payment models
