Requirements
- Experience managing virtual wrap around care teams ( leaders who have managed remote or centralized clinical care management teams that support patients and physicians between visits in value-based or risk-based models.)
- Deep experience with building new teams with understanding of clinical ops metrics, performance KPIs and creating successful outcomes with virtual teams
- Start up or earlier stage team building
- Strong operations and tech saavy

- Specialty value based care experience
