Description:
• 5+ years of employee benefits experience with strong knowledge of Life, STD, LTD, AD&D, Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital Indemnity.
• Hands-on operations and implementation professional who can manage timelines, coordinate teams and partners, and keep cases moving.
• Product expert supporting Sales, clients, and brokers through quoting/RFPs, sold-case submission, implementation, and ongoing problem solving.
• Comfortable joining occasional finalist and broker meetings to answer technical questions and explain implementation.
• Dynamic and proactive, someone who anticipates needs, identifies gaps, and brings practical recommendations without waiting to be asked.
