Aaron Wandtke is the Founder and President at Executive Staffing Solutions. He has served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Personnel Services and as an advisor to the Ohio Search and Staffing Association. Aaron is originally from Rochester, NY but now calls Columbus, OH home. He has four daughters, and spends his free time business and mindset coaching women entrepreneurs and playing golf.

Aaron has built Executive Staffing Solutions on the team concept. In fact, all contests and incentives reward the team versus individuals, including the administrative staff. Building a company where people want to come to work and support each other is a founding principle still followed to this day.
