Originally from Port Clinton, Ohio, Jessica grew up on Lake Erie, enjoying Cedar Point, and the Lake Erie Islands. Jessica moved to Columbus in 2017 with her twin boys. In her spare time, you can find her planning a fun adventure for her and her 13-year-old twin boys.

Fun Facts

My top three life highlights so far? First, becoming a mother—it’s the greatest joy and privilege of my life. Second, taking my kids on a cruise to the Bahamas and watching them experience the world in a whole new way. And third, building a successful career that allows me to provide my boys with a comfortable lifestyle—all while navigating the journey as a single mom. Those moments remind me what’s possible with love, resilience, and determination.

One of the funniest moments in my career happened during a qualifying call with a candidate for a SaaS Sales role. I asked what they were currently selling, and they replied, ‘fish.’ Naturally, I assumed FISH was some kind of software platform. Nope—turns out they meant actual fish… the kind that swim in the sea! My whole firm had a good laugh over that one.
