Robin has consistently been one of ESS’s top producers for the last 8+ years. She has over 11 years of executive placement experience, with 8+ years of experience placing top managed care executives across the country with ESS. Robin has specialized in placing Managed Care professionals at all levels, and across all areas of operations, to include Medical Management, Quality Improvement, Operations, Network Management, IT, Finance, Accounting, Actuarial, Sales, Marketing, Underwriting and Project Management. She has personally helped to place over 200 Health Plan Executive Leadership positions coast to coast, and manages the search process and relationship with many of our firm’s top health plans clients, from VC backed Start Ups to Fortune 500 health plans.

Robin led the development of a growing Medical Director sub-specialty area within ESS, and was instrumental in ESS becoming one of the top Executive Placement Firms in the US for Health Plan Medical Director hiring. She quickly moved up to being at our most senior level for Health Plan Client Management and Recruiting at ESS. For the past 5 years, Robin’s focus has been almost exclusively helping new and existing managed care clients to have the positive experience of partnering with someone they can rely on, and providing them the best talent in the industry for their most critical openings.
