Robin Manning initially set the firm’s record for top production in a year in 2015, a record that she has twice since broken herself and still holds. She rose quickly from joining ESS in 2011 to being the first person at ESS ever to be promoted to the highest level of EVP, managing hiring for many of the top Unicorn VC and PE Health Tech Start Ups, VBC organizations, and Health Plans in the US.
Robin has hired entire C-level teams for start-ups ranging from Pre-launch to Series E, has helped bring in talent to take start-ups Public, and has also managed hiring for National Fortune 500 Health Plans coast to coast. Robin assisted ESS in growing their subspecialty area of CMO and Medical Director hiring to being one of the top in the country, in addition to having filled hundreds of roles in areas of Accounting & Finance, Technology, Legal, Sales, Operations, Data Analytics, Growth, and Strategy.
Robin is driven by a heart-felt passion for marrying Health Techs (Private, PE and VC-backed), Value Based Care organizations, Health Plans and Integrated Delivery Systems with the best talent in the marketplace through options of both Retained and Contingent search.
