Introduction:
As we approach the conclusion of 2024, numerous companies are diligently striving to finalize their recruitment initiatives. Contrary to common belief that the period between Thanksgiving and Christmas is a lull in hiring activities, we observe a dynamic and bustling environment as organizations actively pursue their hiring goals.
We have our eyes set on an exciting 2024 and are enthusiastic about the prospect of collaborating with you. Whether it involves enhancing your team by sourcing top-tier talent for your department or assisting you in navigating a career transition.

Ask the Recruiter – “WHat should i add to my resume?”
At a minimum of once a year, we encourage people to review their resume especially before or after a performance review. The purpose of this regular review is to make sure you have recent accomplishments captured on your resume. Below are some questions to ask yourself while updating your resume:
- How did I make money or save money for the department or the company?
- What did I do to improve efficiency in my department or the company?
- How did my involvement in a project elevate the results of the project? What did the project accomplish?
- What specific feedback did you receive? What adjectives did they use to describe your performance?
- What is something you improved upon from the prior year?
This is a starting point to help you reflect and capture your impact. I encourage you to keep these questions in front of you to remind yourself to check in with yourself to see how you are doing over the year.
