March saw the job market continue to evolve in a positive way for job seekers. We are seeing more companies looking to hire people and we are noticing some companies are aggressively moving people through their hiring process. • Time from the day we accept a new search until we present the first candidate decreased from 10 days to 6 days in 2025. Our firepower is top notch!

• Time from the day we accept a new search until we present the candidate who is ultimately hired decreased from 21 days to 16 days. Clear understanding of what a client wants us to find increases how fast we can find it.

• Time from the day we introduced the person who is ultimately hired, until they complete the entire interview process and is given an offer, decreased by 7 days. Companies who know what they are looking for and move when they find it, get the best talent.
