This month’s newsletter has a big change. You asked for access and awareness of elite talent who are available immediately, so we created a new section below called “Elite Talent”. Each month we will feature various people with different skillsets who are in the top 10% in their skillset. We will provide an overview of the individual, their skills, track record as well as their desired work location. At ESS we are seeing a steady flow of job openings. The number of openings is not as high as they were in 2021 and 2022 but they are solid. We continue to add new clients to our firm.
