It’s hard to believe our 25 Year Anniversary is this month! ESS started out of an apartment by one person and has grown into one of the largest healthcare recruiting firms in the country. We are incredibly excited that you have entrusted the ESS team with your recruiting needs. Over the last 25 years, there have been so many positive changes to finding the right applicant. Some of the most significant include video calls, access to data, and flexible work schedules. Regardless of the changes, the one thing that remains constant is people. No matter what else changes, human interaction is essential for a successful hire. We don’t believe that part of the process can be automated at the level of positions we work on.
