With Labor Day behind us, the sprint to the end of the year begins. Each year we see an uptick in activity as summer vacations wind down, kids are back in school, and companies shift focus to hit the goals for the year. We also see companies upgrading their team this time of year because people have not performed or they are already looking forward to next year and want to assemble the right team now to hit the floor running on January 1.
