We also recently completed our 2024 review. Below are some interesting numbers we wanted to share.
- 26 new companies we worked with in 2024, a new record for a single year
- 3.9% – average pay increase for all people
- 12.54% – average pay increase for all people who received a pay increase
- 65% of the people we found for new jobs, we found using LinkedIn.
- 34 days – the average for how long it takes from the day we introduce a candidate to the company until that person is hired
- 6% of candidates relocated for the job. 94% were local, hybrid, or fully remote
