Happy New Year! I hope you had a wonderful holiday season and are as excited about 2025 as we are. We expect wonderful things in 2025, and we are anxious to see how the healthcare community continues to evolve. Through the first 10 days of the year, we have had seven companies reach out to us requesting help. We are actively evaluating new companies to work with. If you feel like ESS should collaborate with your company or if there is a company you think we should be speaking with, please let me know.

We anticipate more changes on the job front in 2025. One thing we know is that there are always changes to the interview process. While we wait to see what those changes may entail for 2025, we encourage you to follow us and keep us informed as to any changes on your end.
