With the holidays starting later this month, we want to remind everyone that this is typically a busy time of year for the job market because companies are looking to hire people. They want to hire people now, so their team is in place on January 1.

We saw an uptick in new openings in October that we have not seen since May of 2024. We are not jumping to any conclusions but would like the uptick to continue. This year, we have added a lot of new companies we have never worked with prior to 2025. We are excited to help these companies grow while some of our longer-term clients come back to with a more aggressive hiring approach in 2026.
