In over 24 years of experience, we have found that many candidates and companies falsely believe that hiring stops between Thanksgiving and the end of the year. But in that time, we have seen both individuals and companies committed to getting the right people hired before January 1st. This year is proving to be the same as we have seen a recent uptick in job openings that companies have communicated that they want filled before the end of the year.
