As 2024 winds down and these last two months seem to fly by, we often see companies focusing on year-end goals and starting to plan for 2025. We also see companies thinking about their upcoming staffing needs. Specifically, if they have money they need to spend in 2024 or if they want to have a certain seat filled by January 1st. The most common misconception this time of year is that there is no way someone can get hired during the holiday season.
